To the editor:
We were dismayed to read the article about the number of complaints lodged against Waste Connections. We’ve gotten to know our driver and have known for a while that he collects both trash and recycling. After this last snow, I saw an individual wrestling the carts to the truck by hand because it couldn’t get close enough. There was snow piled everywhere, and it was extremely cold. We recognize what a thankless job these workers have and appreciate all that they do.
