‘Alice in Wonderland’ presented at Affton High School

Rob Corbett and Jessica Johns are co-directing the Affton CenterStage production of the Lewis Carroll family favorite “Alice in Wonderland,” which will be set in the 1980s.

The play will be presented Friday, May 26, and Saturday, May 27, at Affton High School’s Judy Rethwisch Theater, 8309 Mackenzie Road. Activities for children will be offered in the lobby beginning at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $5 and will be sold at the door. Active military personnel — those on active duty, active reserve, ready reserve service or National Guardsmen — and their families — up to three dependents — will be admitted free with Department of Defense photo identification.

A Family Arts Festival sponsored by the Metro South Arts Council will be offered in conjunction with this entertainment beginning at 5:30 p.m. This feature will showcase art resources available to residents in south county school districts.
