Oakville High School’s fashion merchandising class have created its first Scarecrow Festival for the community. The class has partnered with six local businesses to create scarecrows from concept to competition. Community members can drop a picture of the scarecrows on social media through Nov. 30 and be entered into a raffle to win prizes from the participating businesses.
