To the editor:

Since I have been a next door neighbor to the Sappington House for many years, I am familiar with the layout there. I applaud and greatly support moving the Joseph Sappington cabin to the Thomas Sappington house site, but I am confused as to where it will fit. Is there a way to do it without draining the pond or squeezing the parking lot? I don’t think Sappington Road, Grant’s Trail or the Father Dickson Cemetery can cede any ground. Could you publish a site map showing what plans there are to accommodate the addition of the 1816 house into the lot? Thank you.
