A woman was killed Friday in a two-car head-on crash on Tesson Ferry Road.
Brittany Cole, 25, of the 4500 block of Skyview Drive in Arnold, died after being taken to the hospital, police said.
The crash happened around 8:46 a.m. in the 13500 block of Tesson Ferry Road near the Suson Hills Drive intersection.
The car Cole was driving was headed south on Tesson Ferry when it crossed the center line and struck an SUV headed north.
The car and the SUV collided head-on, and one of the cars turned over. The two drivers were the only people in the cars at the time of the crash.
The SUV driver, a 60-year-old woman, was taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
The St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons and Accident Reconstruction Unit is investigating.
