The League of Women Voters of Metro St. Louis and Call Newspapers again partnered this year to host a forum for residents to hear from the candidates running for the two open seats on the Mehlville School District Board of Education in the upcoming municipal election on April 8.
The moderated candidate forum was held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, at Andre’s South, 4254 Telegraph Road. Approximately 40 community members attended.
Megan Paule, Ann Zimpfer, Serene Wilkinson and Mick Johnson Jr. – the four candidates running to fill the Mehlville Board of Education’s two open seats – were all in attendance at the forum.
The two seats opening in April are currently held by Scott Huegerich and Grace Wright, who did not seek reelection. Both positions are three-year terms.
