Two suspects were picked up by police for a burglary in Affton Friday morning.

A spokeswoman for the St. Louis County Police Department said that officers received a call for suspicious person around 11:18 a.m. Friday in the 10800 block of Lavinia Drive.

The call turned out to be a burglary, police said.

At least five police cars with sirens on sped across Lin Ferry Drive to get to the scene off Tesson Ferry Road, with other officers responding down Lindbergh Boulevard and Tesson Ferry.

Two suspects were arrested and are in police custody, but have not yet been charged.

No further details were available from St. Louis County police.
