Chad and Lisa Rowley of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Conor Jackson, 203⁄4 inches, 8 pounds, 2 ounces. He was born July 14 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder children are Marissa, 19 months, and Destiny, 10.
Maternal grandparents are Leo and Carol Chirco of St. Louis.
Paternal grandfather is Rick Ellebrecht of St. Louis.
