Heather Ann Roth, daughter of Dennis and Theresa Roth of Oakville, and Jacob Daniel Bailey, son of Gary and Jane Bailey of St. Charles, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Roth of Oakville is employed by GLVS of Wentzville as a patient coordinator.
Her fiance, Bailey, earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is employed by U.S. Bank of Olivette as a systems analyst.
The couple plan a March 20 wedding at First United Methodist Church in St. Charles.
