The county Planning Commission will hold public hearings next week on two south county proposals, including a plan for a new subdivision on Gravois Road and a request to rezone a residential lot on Telegraph Road to commercial.

The planning panel will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, in the County Council Chambers at the Administration Building, 41 S. Central Ave., Clayton.

Kuehnle Construction Co. is requesting a Planned Environment Unit, or PEU, in the R-4 7,500-square-foot Residence District for “Rich Keen Court,” a proposed subdivision of 14 single-family attached houses on a 2.9-acre site at 11012 Gravois Road, 780 feet west of Baptist Church Road. The site is near the Grantwood Village city line at Eddie and Park Road.

In Oakville, Bart Inman, owner of Inman Heating & Cooling, is requesting a change from R-3 residential zoning to C-1 commercial at 4545 Telegraph Road, the corner of Telegraph and Cathedral across from St. Francis of Assisi. The half-acre site currently has a single-family house. Inman Air is currently located at 5647 Telegraph Road.
