A drive-by shooting on Lemay Ferry Road two weekends ago is still unsolved.

Officers from the South County Precinct received a call for shots fired at roughly 2:30 a.m. July 25 in the 800 block of Lemay Ferry Road.

The officers contacted the reporting party, a woman who had not been injured. She said she believed the shots were fired from a white sedan.

Police said that the shots could have been related to a domestic situation the witness is involved in.

No one was injured and no damage has been reported from the gunshots.

No arrests have been made so far by the St. Louis County Police Department.

A 16-year-old Bayless High School basketball player was killed in a previous drive-by shooting a year ago in Lemay.
