Nancy Stokley and Ali Garcia of St. Louis announce the birth of their first child, Amber Elise, 20 1/2 inches, 7 pounds, 8.5 ounces. She was born Dec. 12 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Maternal grandparents are Maria and Charles Stokley of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparent is Guadalupe Garcia Aguilar of Amapala, Honduras.
