A Missouri Lottery player in St. Louis County walked away with a $50,000 prize from a “500X Payout” Scratchers ticket bought at Rocket, 698 Gravois Bluffs Blvd., located in Fenton.
“I get all the way down to the bottom of the ticket,” the unnamed winner said. “It was the second one from the bottom of the card. $100 prize with a 500X symbol.”
The 500x symbol multiplied the winner’s prize by 500, turning his $100 prize into $50,000. “I might pay off my truck,” he shared. “It’s still sinking in.”
Since the game was released in March, “500X Payout” players have won more than $34.4 million in prizes, as of The Call’s press time. Over $225.8 million in prizes remain unclaimed, including two top prizes of $5 million, three second-tier $1 million prizes and 45 additional $50,000 prizes.
In fiscal year 2025, St. Louis County players won more than $195.9 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $18.8 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $47.9 million in lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
