Melissa A. Merlotti, daughter of James and Karen Merlotti of Fenton, and Matthew E. Carenza, son of John and Dianne Carenza of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Merlotti is a 2004 graduate of Rockwood Summit High School. She is attending the University of Missouri-St. Louis, majoring in photography.
Her fiancé, Carenza, is a 2003 graduate of Oakville Senior High School. A graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis in information systems, he is employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a software engineer.
The couple plan a June 14 wedding at the Larimore Plantation House in St. Louis.
