The Mehlville High Marching Panther Band recently competed in the 37th annual Washington Marching Band Festival in Washington and came away with the first-place trophy for its performance in the Class A Field Competition.
Not only did the Mehlville Band win first place in its class, but the band received the highest score out of the other 25 competing bands that day.
The Mehlville High Marching Panther Band is under the direction of Tony Brown.
Drum majors are Ian Brickey, Carrie Hantak and Cara Thomas.
