UPDATE: Endangered person advisory for man missing from South County canceled

The St. Louis County Police Department has canceled an endangered person advisory after a man went missing from Affton overnight.

The county police department canceled an endangered person advisory for Kyle Anthony Zygmund, 29, Monday, Dec. 30 at 5:19 p.m. Police say that Zygmund turned himself in at the Du Quoin, Illinois Police Department.

Police say that Zygmund was last seen at 1:25 a.m. Dec. 30 driving eastbound on Gravois Road from 9427 Sterling Place in Affton driving a black 2012 Cadillac CTS with Missouri plate ZB6S6A.

Zygmund stated he wanted to kill himself and is in possession of a gun, police said.

He is a white male, age 29, height 5 feet, 10 inches, 175 pounds, blond hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, wearing an orange T-shirt and blue jeans.  He has a dog with him.

Anyone who sees the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone who has any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the St Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8210.
