To the editor:
I own a 2002 Ford F-150 XL pickup with a standard-size cab.
I received my 2006 personal-property bill with an assessment valuation of $3,650. But my 2005 valuation was $3,300.
What I would like to know is how can my pickup be a year older and still be worth more money?
