Megan Denise Lada, daughter of Ray and Mary Russo of Hillsboro and Ed Lada of French Village, and Christopher Dale Guse, son of Sandee and the late Bill Guse of Kirkwood, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Lada is a 2005 graduate of Hillsboro High School and studied firefighting at Jefferson College in Hillsboro.
She is employed with State Farm Scott Brase’s office as an SSA and is a volunteer firefighter with the Cedar Hill Fire Protection District.
Her fiancé, Guse, is a 1999 graduate of South County Technical High School and earned an associate degree in fire science technology from Jefferson College in Hillsboro.
He is employed with the Cedar Hill Fire Protection District as a firefighter/engineer.
The couple plan an Oct. 15 wedding and a honeymoon cruise to Mexico.
They will reside in Arnold.
