Louann Elledge, president of the Kiwanis Club of South County, presented the South County Kiwanis Club Pen to Bob Manges in September. Manges is a long-time volunteer and ambassador for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis. The club has previously sent a check to the Ronald McDonald House Charities to help further the service they provide out-of-town families who children are undergoing treatment in local hospitals.
