James and Linda Lewis celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 8 during a reception at Smugala’s in Arnold.

Mr. Lewis and the former Linda Clark were married July 8, 1967, at Immaculate Conception Church in St. Louis by the Rev. Paul Butler.

He is retired from Carquest Auto Parts, where he worked for 40 years. She is retired from Cardinal Ritter Senior Services.

They are the parents of four: Jim, 49; Matthew, 45; Michele, 44; and Ken, 41.

The couple have 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
