Monica Grasser, daughter of Wilhelm and Maria Grasser of Oakville, and David Schwartz, son of Eugene and Ruth Schwartz of Clayton, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Grasser of St. Louis earned a bachelor of science degree from Southwest Missouri State University and is self-employed as a writer and actor.
Her fiance, Schwartz, earned a master’s degree from Washington University and is employed by Johnson Controls of St. Louis as a regional human resource manager.
The couple plan an Oct. 18 wedding at the Music Stand in Tower Grove Park and a second reception in Vienna, Austria.
