Sperreng Middle School teachers will square off against Lindbergh High School teachers during the school district’s annual Faculty Basketball game at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 6 at the high school gym, 4900 S. Lind-bergh Blvd.
Doors open at 5 p.m. with food and snacks available before the game, according to a district news release.
The battle between Sperreng and Lind-bergh teachers is not the only event worth seeing, the release stated, as the evening includes a middle-school student shoot-out, an elementary hula-hoop contest and a high school vs. middle school principals’ shoot-out.
The high school Pompons also will perform along with the Sperreng Dance Team and the cheerleaders, while the band and the choir will be rocking the house.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Lindbergh’s Project Graduation.
