GriefShare offers help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend and will be holding a 13-week session at Faith Lutheran Church, 6101 Telegraph Road, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays.

GriefShare is a support group that meets weekly. You’ll find it to be warm, caring environment and will come to see your group as an “oasis” on your long journey through grief.

Each session in the 13-week session cycle is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will be able to pick up any sessions you miss in our next 13-week cycle.

There are three key parts to the GriefShare experience: encouraging, information-packed videos featuring leading grief recovery experts, small group discussion about the weekly video content, journaling and person study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics. \
