Divine, A Boutique Medspa, has offered medical spa treatments in Sunset Hills for eight years, and now, owner Gina Bucherich hopes to expand. There was a site plan presentation about the potential relocation to 4400 S. Lindbergh Blvd. during the Aug. 12 Sunset Hill Board of Aldermen meeting.
“I love the space for my clients,” Bucherich said. “I love the area, and I’m excited to expand the business.”
The site plan presented a concept for a 7,500 square foot, single-story building at 4400 S. Lindbergh Blvd. Currently, that site is the address of an office building. The proposal for Divine would increase green space and landscaping at the location.

Inside, there would be a main lobby, offices and treatment rooms, with shells of rooms on the north side of the building. These shells could be developed and used in the future as the business expands.
“I have a lot of vision for my business over the next 15 to 20 years to bring luxury wellness and medical spa treatments to the area that are more elevated than what we can do now in our space,” Bucherich said.
Divine has already conferenced with city staff and held a neighborhood meeting about the proposal. It will need to be presented for approval to the Board of Aldermen in the future, should it receive recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
