Kim Badalamenti, daughter of John Badalamenti of Oakville, and Thad Kemlage, son of Tom and Joan Kemlage of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Badalamenti of Oakville is a graduate of Webster University and earned a bachelor’s degree in media communications. She is employed by SchoolTube of St. Louis as a communications specialist.

Her fiancé, Kemlage, is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. He is employed by SchoolTube of St. Louis as an executive producer.

The couple plan an Aug. 28 wedding at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Lemay.
