Angela Adams, daughter of Steven and Annette Adams of Oakville, and Michael Franklin, son of William and Karen Frank-lin of Barnhart, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Adams of Oakville is a 2007 graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla and is employed by Crawford, Murphy, Tilly Inc. of St. Louis as a senior engineer.

Her fiance, Franklin, is a 2006 graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla and is employed by the American Pulverizer Co. of St. Louis as a mechanical engineer.

The couple plan a Sept. 8 wedding at Cedar Lake Cellars Winery in Wright City.
