Glorious Crab Dip
½ pound jumbo lump crabmeat, no shells
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, room temp.
½ cup mayo
¼ cup grated Parmesan
3 tablespoons minced green onions (both white and green parts)
2 cloves, garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
½ – 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized, lightly greased casserole dish and gently stir until combined. Adjust seasoning as needed. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until lightly golden on top. If browning too quickly, cover with foil and then uncover the last few minutes. Serve hot.
Yummy with toasted baguette slices, fresh sourdough bread pulled or cut apart in small pieces and /or cut-up veggies.
