Brent and Karen Wood of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Jesse Noelle, 18 inches, 5 pounds, 2 ounces. She was born Dec. 25 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.
Elder child is Jack, 3.
Maternal grandparents are Harry and Doris Rahlfs of Steeleville, Ill.
Paternal grandparents are Rocky and Dale Wood of Johannesburg, South Africa.
