Mark and Stacey Witte of Oakville announce the birth of their second child, Olivia Grace, 19 inches, 5 pounds, 11 ounces. She was born Nov. 1 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
Elder child is Sarah, 9.
Maternal grandparents are Louis and Dorothy Vinyard of Affton.
Paternal grandparents are Don and Joan Witte of Oakville.
