Scott and Christina Wheeler of St. Louis announce the birth of their fourth child, Julia Christina, 203⁄4 inches, 8 pounds, 5 ounces. She was born Feb. 12 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder children are Eli, 6; Reuben, 4; and Lydia, 11⁄2.
Maternal grandparents are Joyce Zoll and the late Roy Zoll of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are Bill and Arleta Rice of Arkansas City, Kan. and the late Robert Wheeler.
Great-grandmother is Esther Pounds of St. Louis.
