Lindbergh High School Flyers Morgan Scott and Alicia Ubriaco recently were honored as 2010 Academic All-State Student Athletes by the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association.
The girls were recognized during a ceremony Sunday at the University of Missouri’s Reynolds Alumni Center in Columbia along with 58 other senior girls and 66 senior boys from throughout the state.
The two met both academic and basketball criteria to attain this high honor, ac cording to a news release.
This is the largest Academic All-State class in the 26 years that the event has been conducted.
