Three suspects were bound over for circuit court after appearing before the St. Louis County grand jury last week for the November 2024 theft of $847.93 in tequila — a Class D felony.
The three suspects — Moses Johnson, Blake Murdock and Antonio Ross — are adult males, ages 29, 32 and 37, respectively. All defendants are presumed innocent.
According to the St. Louis County Prosecutor’s Office, there is reason to believe that the three defendants acted together to steal seven bottles of tequila from the Friar Tuck liquor store in Crestwood. They used a set of keys to unlock the display case, removed the bottles and left the store with them concealed in Ross’ purse. The theft was captured on surveillance video.
