Teachers at Lindbergh receive vaccine

A Lindbergh teacher receives a COVID-19 vaccine at the March 30 clinic.

More than 450 St. Louis area school employees were vaccinated at Lindbergh Schools Central Office last week, as the district held its mass vaccine event for teachers and staff, pictured above. Lindbergh nurses were vaccinated in January since they are health-care workers, but teachers were not eligible in Missouri until March 15. Teachers like Missouri Teacher of the Year Darrion ‘Mr. DC’ Cockrell wrote a letter to Gov. Mike Parson to try to move up teachers’ eligibility.
