Students excel on National German Exam

Lindbergh High School students recently mastered the highest level of the 2018 National German Exam.

More than 75 percent of Lindbergh High’s Level 5 Advanced Placement/International Baccalaureate class earned special recognition for their distinguished performance, according to a district news release.

Earning Gold Awards were:

• Emma Deutschmann — ranked in 99th percentile, and second overall among all students in Missouri and Southern Illinois.

• Lukas Bell – ranked in 97th percentile, and third overall for Missouri and Illinois.

• Jack Fletcher – ranked in 96th percentile, and eighth overall for Missouri and Illinois.

• Aditi Seetharaman – ranked in 90th percentile, and 18th overall for Missouri and Illinois.

Maggie Parker, Ryan Lake and Bennett Wright earned Silver Awards.

Alex Medeiros, Grant Nilges and Colin Shepherd received Bronze Awards.

Students earning Outstanding Achieve-ment Awards were Ben Knight, Nick Theodorou, Heidi Budd, Cecelia Hof and David Theodorou
