Steven Raymond Phelps died Jan. 20.
Mr. Phelps was the beloved son of Carol (Ernest) Seidelmann and the late James Phelps; and brother of Daniel (Melodie) Phelps, David (Rob) Phelps and Greg Phelps.
A memorial service was conducted at Fey Funeral Home. Burial was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
