SSM Health Sports Medicine is offering free sports physicals with its partnered high schools on July 24, July 29 and Aug. 3.

Students from Affton, Bayless, Hancock and Lutheran South high schools can sign-up for a 10-minute appointment slot at www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D44A4A728A7FEC61-49621054-ssmhealth, or scan the QR code in the image above. Please allow up to 45 minutes for appointments.

Students must have completed the Missouri State High School Activities Association medical history form when arriving for their appointment.
