South county US Bank robbed Monday, detectives seek assistance

Detectives from the St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons are asking for assistance from anyone who has information related to the individual in this photo from a south county bank robbery that occurred Monday, Dec 3.

Officers from the St. Louis County Police Department South County Precinct responded yesterday at roughly 1:50 p.m. to US Bank, 110 South County Center Way, for a bank robbery.

The suspect, believed to be a male dressed as a female, entered the bank wearing a disguise that included a long brown wig, large-rimmed sunglasses and heavy tan make up extending from the cheek area to the forehead, according to a news release. The suspect was described as 5 feet, 5 inches 5 feet, 7 inches tall with a thin build.

The suspect presented a note demanding money from the teller and informed the teller that he was armed.

After receiving the funds from the teller, the suspect exited the bank.
