Nerf Wars | Get ready for a fun night of foam-flinging mayhem! Take part in Nerf Wars, where participants battle it out for victory at the Crestwood Community Center, 9245 Whitecliff Park Lane, from 6 – 7 p.m. Bring your best aim as you dodge darts on the road to victory. Safety glasses and darts are provided. Preregistration is required at least 24 hours before the event, and it costs $15 per person. Click here to preregister. This event is open to ages 6 and up.

Shop ‘til you drop | Maurine’s Resale Boutique is having a quarter sale where most items are 25 cents. They carry men’s, women’s and kid’s clothes and shoes, as well as housewares, window treatments, collectables, toys, books, furniture and more. Profits from the sale go to local missions. The sale will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 2761 Telegraph Road.
Dive into history | What better occasion to learn about a famous love story than Valentine’s Day? Learn about the love story of Ulysses and Julia Grant at the Ulysses S.
