Mehlville Board of Education Director Scott Huegerich, along with sponsors Melissa Pope from Pet Supplies Plus and Kim Brady from Kim Brady Photography, awarded T-shirts to the student and teacher volunteers of February’s Fill Up The Pickup event.

The student helpers are from Mehlville High School’s leadership class and the We Are Mehlville group, which includes all the school’s clubs and teams. These volunteers played a crucial role in offloading and organizing 4,820 pounds of food donations received from schools throughout the district. All contributions went to the St. Louis Area Foodbank.
