Ronald D. Blumenfeld, 80, died July 18.
Mr. Blumenfeld was born March 12, 1933, in St. Louis, to the late David and Anna (nee Federhofer) Blumenfeld.
Mr. Blumenfeld was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Sullivan. He was an ace mechanic and worked tirelessly to get the job done right. He loved to help others and was a prolific giver, supporting many veterans groups, as well as St. Judes Childrens Hospital, St. Vincent De Paul and the Sunshine Mission.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Blum-enfeld; daughters and sons-in-law, Amber Blumenfeld, Ronda and Mike Breitenstein, and Debbie and Roger Gay; sons, Doug Blumenfeld and Ronald Blumenfeld; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was at the chapel of the Eaton Funeral Chapel in Sullivan. A Memorial Mass was at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Sullivan. Burial was in Jefferson Bar-racks National Cemetery.
