Jeannie Rogers-Turner and Bruce Oster announce their engagement and forthcoming arriage.
Rogers-Turner is a 1984 graduate of De Soto High School.
Her fiancé, Oster, is a 1973 graduate of Fox High School.
The couple plan an April 8 wedding ceremony.
