Ryan and Sheena Roberts of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Gwendolyn Cecelia, 20½ inches, 8 pounds, 8 ounces. She was born Sept. 19 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Elder child is Penelope, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Stanley and Patricia Mapes of Arma, Kan.
Paternal grandparents are Candy and the late Eugene Roberts of St. Louis.
