The county Department of Parks and Recreation is offering indoor ice skating at Kennedy Recreation Complex, 6050 Wells Road, through March 11.

Skating is offered from 10 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday; from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday; and from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The cost for ages 5 to 12 is $2; 13 to 64, $4; and $2 for those 65 and older. Children 4 years and under are admitted free with a skating adult. Skate rental costs $1. Frequent skating passes are available to purchase.

Upcoming special events are:

• A Holiday Celebration is scheduled from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. Dec. 12. This free ice skating exhibit will be performed by Kennedy Complex lesson participants.

• Skate with Santa is scheduled from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 12; regular public session admission fees will apply.
