A free real-estate appeal seminar will be sponsored by the Oakville Township Republican Club from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednes-day, June 24, at the Cliff Cave Branch County Library, 5430 Telegraph Road.

Richard Magee, a local attorney, will conduct the seminar, informing those present about important information to help present the best case when appealing your real-estate assessment to the county Board of Equalization. County taxpayers have until July 13 to file an appeal.
