Police discover four bodies in Affton home

County detectives are investigating a homicide after police on Friday discovered four bodies in an Affton home.

At 9:20 a.m. Friday, police officers from the Affton Southwest Precinct arrived at 5352 Vine Ave. to check on the welfare of the home’s occupants. Authorities said relatives told the police that their family members were not answering telephone calls.

Officers met a family member at the house that supplied a key to enter. Upon entering, they found the bodies of four adults, who have since been identified as Dennis Worden, 50; Dianna Worden, 44; Brandon Greene, 26 and Emily Dreiman, 18.

It is believed that Dennis and Dianna Worden were husband and wife and Brandon and Emily were her children, authorities said.

Detectives from the St. Louis County Bureau of Crimes Against Persons have classified the case as a homicide investigation. Police are not currently looking for a suspect at this time as it’s believed this was an isolated incident that occurred within the home, authorities said.

Police are awaiting the medical examiner’s report to determine the time and cause of death.
