The St. Louis County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Monday on a rezoning request to change a commercial district to residential on Gravois Road near Philo Avenue, as well as a request for a package liquor store on Telegraph Road.
The Planning Commission meets 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9 at the county government center in Clayton, 41 S. Central Ave.
Both proposals are in the 6th District of Councilman Ernie Trakas. The first proposal is in the Bayless School District, while the other is in the Mehlville district.
Dharmesh Sharma is requesting a conditional use permit in the C-2 commercial district at the intersection of Telegraph and Pottle roads to construct a one-story A1 Wine & Spirit store with 15 parking spaces.
