The St. County Planning Commission heard a plan Nov. 22 for a five-lot subdivision at 6404 Hagemann Road.
The petitioner requested a zoning change from NU Non-Urban to R-3 Residential, which is consistent with adjacent lots. The lot is 3.37 acres total and is currently vacant. It is directly across from Hagemann Elementary in the Mehlville School District.
Engineer Clay Vance said all five lots would exceed half an acre and he expects the houses to be large, although he doesn’t have a specific square footage yet. Vance said the petitioner will live in one of the houses and will partner with the same builder to build and sell the other four houses.
