James and Christina Phillips of Arnold announce the birth of their first child, Isabel Denise Joann, 18 inches, 6 pounds, 13 ounces. She was born Jan. 26 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Maternal grandparents are Dennis and Patricia Hatton of House Springs.
Paternal grandparents are Pam Phillips and Tony Blair of St. Louis.
