Open house slated on Lindbergh bridge closure

The Missouri Department of Transportation will sponsor an open house next week to share information about closing a bridge on South Lindbergh Boulevard for two weeks as part of a renovation project.

The project, which will start next summer, will replace the driving surface on the bridge over the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad between Rusty Road/Lindbergh Business Court and East Concord Road.

The meeting will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, at the Tesson Ferry Branch County Library, 9920 Lin Ferry Drive.

MoDOT engineers will share information about the plans to close the bridge for two weeks during the work, along with the detour and project schedule.
