Officers from the Affton Southwest Precinct are currently investigating a fatal single motor vehicle crash that occurred Sunday night on Tesson Ferry Road near Hagemann Road.

According to a police report, officers responded to a call at 10:42 on Nov. 23 regarding a single motor vehicle crash. Once on the scene, the driver of the crashed vehicle, an unnamed woman, was found by officers; she was immediately pronounced deceased. A preliminary investigation indicates that the unnamed driver was traveling on Tesson Ferry Road when her vehicle left the roadway and crashed into nearby trees. She was partially ejected from her vehicle during the crash.
